PERFORMA™ A (APET)
PERFORMA™ A is our workhorse in packaging film and sheet is manufactured in a 3-layer coextrusion process and one of our most versatile products. Our co-extrusion process allows us to modify the individual layers and add performance enhancing additives as desired. Recycle can be added into the inner layer without affecting FDA compliance for food packaging applications. Slip, Antiblock, Colour or other processing aids can be added with high dosing accuracy to produce a sheet which meets the most challenging customer requirements. External coatings to enhance antistatic or denest properties as well as corona treatment for easy printability can be applied upon request.
The superior material properties of our PERFORMA™ A film and sheet as well as tight thickness tolerances mean better processability and improved yield for our customers. Many converters have found that they can downgauge material thickness when using PERFORMA™ film and sheet due to its stringent gauge tolerance and superior strength.
